Putnam County commissioners Tuesday will be looking at a proposal to tear down what was a showplace in East Palatka on U.S. 17 South and replace it with an assisted living facility for those 55 and older. The project would include 18 units and 83 beds in patio style housing that would be two-story. Revels Sr. A public hearing is scheduled at 10 a.m. and the commission could require the application be properly filled out.
